Operations

Automatic slitter tables are available in two different operation modes:
  • Dual Cycle: This setup allows for two independent charge patterns to be run from separate cycle start buttons on the control panel.
  • Single Cycle: This setup allows for one of eight charge programs to be selected via PLC interface, to be run by a single cycle start button on the control panel.

Safety

  • Safety Rated Non-Contact Interlock Switches on All Hinged Guards
  • E-stop Switches on Both Sides of Operator's Station
  • All E-Stops and Door Switches Run Through Allen-Bradley Guardmaster Safety Relays
  • All Guard lock in the Open and Closed Position
  • In the Case of a Guard Switch being tripped, Guard Must be Closed and E-stop Circuit Reset. The Machine Will then Return to its Previous Operating Charge Program
